As part of its interest in helping the Information industry
grow, the Cyprus Computer Society has decided to upgrade and improve its role as
a mediator for its members and companies.
As part of this ongoing effort, the Society is building a fully
searchable database of resumes of potential employees. Society members post
their resumes, which can be searched and downloaded by companies looking for
employees in our field. At the same time, companies may log in and post job
openings for veryone to see, while actively searching for Society members who
qualify for those positions.
The Society has also acknowledged the lack of internship offers
for students studying in Cyprus or abroad. These include part-time jobs or
summer jobs that both students and companies may benefit from. Internships are
widely offered in all companies abroad, as they provide a cost-effective mean to
bring new technologies and ideas in a company. Students are always eager to gain
all the experience they can get, and most of the times, experience is the only
thing they lack in knowledge and expertise.
The Society is determined to provide the best possible services
for its members and the companies in the Cypriot industry. If you have any
